BECOMING LOCAL BUCHAREST MEETING  (June 11-14, 2014) Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism will host a four-day annual meeting of the AESOP thematic group of Public Spaces and Urban Cultures in Bucharest, Romania.
